1. About these Terms

1.1 These Terms apply to the Memnos Studios website and to the services offered through it. Chapter A applies to all visitors and services. Chapter B applies additionally to Photo Restoration and Colorization.

1.2 Changes apply to future orders from the date the updated version is published. Agreed orders stay under the version accepted at the time, unless the law requires otherwise.

1.3 Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. Where mandatory consumer law gives you stronger rights, those rights still apply. These Terms are governed by Cyprus law, except where mandatory consumer law that applies to you provides otherwise.

1.4 How we handle your personal data and photos is explained in our Privacy Notice.

Chapter A: General

2. Website content. Text, images and designs on this website, including Creative Series work, belong to Memnos Studios or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.
3. Graphic Design and other services. Scope, price (fixed price or quote), timing and payment are agreed with you directly (by email, Instagram or the contact form) before work begins.
4. Contact. You can reach us by email, Instagram or the contact form. Messages sent through the form are forwarded by email.
5. Complaints. If something is wrong, please write to hello@memnosstudios.com and tell us what happened. We will look at it and answer.
6. Age. Orders must be placed by someone 18 or older, or by a parent or legal guardian.
7. Refusing or stopping work. Memnos may refuse, suspend or stop work that becomes unlawful, unsafe, impossible, or involves serious abusive behaviour.
8. Language. The language used for order confirmations and contract communications is agreed with you before the order is accepted. For Cyprus consumers, you may choose Greek or agree to use English.

Chapter B: Photo Restoration and Colorization (Memnos Restorations)

B1. Services and prices

1. Photo Restoration costs €65 per accepted photo. If colorization is requested and agreed as part of a Restoration, it is included at no extra charge.
2. Colorization Only costs €15 per accepted photo. It adds colour only and does not include restoration or repair.
3. All prices are in EUR. The total payable is confirmed before payment.
4. A standard request is 1 to 5 photos, JPG/JPEG or PNG, up to 25 MB each. Requests of 6 or more photos are bulk requests: send them by email; the price, including any quantity-based discount, is agreed before payment.
5. Sending photos is only a request for review. You pay only for photos Memnos accepts.

B2. Review

1. Every photo is reviewed before payment. Memnos will explain what can realistically be restored or colorized and any important limitations.
2. Memnos does not invent major missing details when there is not enough reliable information, and may decline a photo where a credible result would require it.
3. If you choose Colorization Only, existing damage is left as-is unless restoration is separately agreed. If a photo cannot be colorized credibly without restoration, Memnos may refuse Colorization Only and offer Restoration instead. Any change of scope is told to you before payment.
4. If the original colours are unknown and no reliable reference is given, Memnos uses a reasonable colour interpretation; exact historical colours cannot be guaranteed.
5. Please provide important references and instructions before work begins.

B3. Agreement, payment and delivery

1. After review, Memnos sends you a written Order Confirmation by email (or, if we are talking on Instagram or another messaging service, as a message) stating the accepted work, price, expected delivery information, the applicable versions of these Terms and the Privacy Notice, and withdrawal instructions. The order is agreed when you reply accepting it.
2. Memnos then sends an invoice through Stripe, payable within 7 days. Work starts as soon as payment is received. If payment is not received within 7 days, the request lapses and the photo files Memnos holds are deleted.
3. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Memnos does not receive or store your full card number or security code.
4. Each completed photo is delivered digitally as one high-quality JPG or PNG, normally by email, or by a download link for larger deliveries. No physical prints, PSD files, layers, working files or alternative versions are included. If you plan to print at a specific size, please tell Memnos before work begins. Otherwise Memnos keeps the original aspect ratio and applies no custom size.
5. You are responsible for downloading and backing up your final files. Memnos-controlled copies of source and completed image files are deleted no later than 30 days after final delivery.
6. Order-specific details (accepted photos, service type, scope, limitations, price and expected delivery) are confirmed in the Order Confirmation before payment.

B4. No free revisions

1. There is no free revision or retouching round after delivery. Changes based on new preferences, information, references, colours, crops or alternative versions may be refused or quoted as new work.
2. This does not affect your legal rights if Memnos genuinely failed to provide what was agreed.

B5. Cancellation and withdrawal

1. Where consumer withdrawal rights apply, you normally have 14 days after the contract is agreed to withdraw without giving a reason. You can withdraw by using the online withdrawal form at memnosstudios.com/withdraw, or by sending a clear statement to hello@memnosstudios.com. Withdrawal instructions, the link to the form and an optional model form come with the Order Confirmation.
2. When you use the online form, you confirm your withdrawal on the form, and we email you an acknowledgement showing its content and the date and time we received it.
3. Memnos starts work during the withdrawal period only if you expressly ask for an immediate start. By paying the invoice, you confirm that you ask Memnos to start work immediately. You acknowledge that once the agreed service is fully completed, the withdrawal right ends.
4. If you validly withdraw after work has started but before completion, a proportionate amount for work already performed may be payable where the law allows.
5. If a refund is due, Memnos refunds the amount due without undue delay and no later than 14 days after being informed, using the same payment method unless another is agreed.

B6. Your photos

1. You confirm that you own the photos you submit or have permission to submit them. Submitting a photo does not transfer ownership to Memnos.
2. Memnos does not use customer photos as examples (website, social media, portfolio) without your separate written permission. You can withdraw it at any time. Memnos then stops future public use under its control.
